Olympics

Think the Olympics are the only thing going on in London these days?  Think again!  Our teammate, Dave M., was across the pond for the spectacle and took an opportunity to represent!  Dave finished 27th overall in the Kirste 5 Miler.  Results here: http://www.benfleetrunningclub.com/kirste/k-results.htm

Race Results

Dave Mulley represented the team with a fantastic 6th place, overall, result on Saturday at the Triangle Expressway Trot II.  He picked up a 3rd place age group award for his effort.

Bobby Mack is the USATF State 5k Champion (again??) after handily winning the title on Saturday evening in Winston-Salem at the Beat the Heat 5k.  Bobby posted a speedy 14:13 for the win.

Great job, guys!

Weekend Results

Dave M. finished 16th overall at Denny's Challenge 5k at the WakeMed Soccer Park, which placed him second in his age group.  Nice!

July 4th Results

Under the blazing hot temps of last week, the team scored some great times at the 4 on the Fourth race in Carrboro.  The Zimmerman guys, four of them, joined Ronnie Jones in this annual classic.

Nelson ran his first distance race and was paced by Ronnie.

Mike Jr. finished 5th in his age group and Tyler finished 4th in his, both under 27 minutes.
